An hour class guided towards going inward and manifesting anything you want to be, or more like, already are. We will start with breath work to go deep within and release anything getting in our way and then transition to a channeled guided meditation to connect deeper within ourselves and our truth. We will share as a community before and after, so both the breath work and meditation are designed specifically for the needs of the group and move through it, together. We will connect to our love to see that love and abundance reflected back to us in our everyday lives.
