Humans are created with everything we need to take care of ourselves! Together we will practice energy healing and emotional intelligence tools that release powerful hormones and support us in improving & regulating our moods, staying motivated, relieving pain and reducing stress.

Breathwork & Sound Healing with Jordana
Breathwork meditation is a means to reset. Using a healing-charged playlist followed by the soothing live sounds of Himalayan Chakra Singing Bowls, you’ll transcend through music and breath into the hands of your inner healer.
We implement a focused breath through the mouth that disciplines the overactive brain, clearing toxic energy and thought patterns. The practice often aids in releasing unnecessary judgements, fears and expectations while opening the door to creativity and joy. This practice often releases endorphins similar to a "runner's high."

Somatic Movement & Meditation with Ginevra
You will be guided through one hour of gentle breathing exercises and body-mindful practices. The somatic meditation will include self-reflection to identify, name and get familiar with sensations in the body and release any block or tension, as well journaling prompts, and some acupressure. We will end with yin-style breath-led movement.

Health Matters with Nikki
There are trillions of chemical reactions happening inside our bodies at any given moment, how do we know what to pay attention to? In this class, Nurse Nikki will help us tune into and understand the signals our bodies give, what they could mean, and how to get to the root of an issue. Whether its fatigue, aches and pains, skin eruptions or a bloated belly, learn to bring yourself back into balance from the inside. Right now, more than ever, your health matters.

Chakra Yoga with Natalie
Chakra Yoga is an introduction to our Chakras or Energy Systems. Each week we will discover practical information, learn basic hatha yoga asanas and experience guided meditations for each Chakra, along with a closing circle to share our experiences.
7:30 PM - 8:30pm
Buddhist Psychology Meditation with Jordana
Each week we look at a teaching of the Buddha and relate it to our modern day lives. We incorporate a dharma talk and relatable story with the opportunity for questions related to the teaching. We bring the teaching into our meditation practice to explore our own points of view as it relates to what we are learning. Focus on breath awareness, personal inquiry and analyzing what is true in our own practice and minds.
FRIDAY

Mantra Yin with Marcella
Yin yoga is a gentle moving meditation practice that improves energy flow and enhances chi in the internal organs. In this class you will connect with your breathe, body and spirit while uplifting yourself with positive mantras. The poses stimulate and remove blockages in the myofascial meridians in the body, leading to greater balance in all our systems. Perfect for the overstimulated mind that needs restoration, It is recommended you do this practice with blankets, pillows (or bolsters) and a strap (or scarf) to aid in the yumminess of our posture holds.

A heart opening class for love, peace and self-care. Meditation themes include compassion, self-love and healing visualizations. Practice will leave you feeling nurtured and calm. There will be time during class for discussion and questions.
